    The Hidden Treasure Hunt Campaign

Pupils at Kingsham were very fortunate to be able to take part in launching The Hidden Treasure Hunt Campaign. Kingsham, alongside another local school, were filmed as part of this nationwide e-waste campaign.

The campaign encourages everyone to recycle their broken or unwanted tech items at their local Currys or visit 'recycle your electricals' to find a local drop-off point to stop these hidden treasures going to waste.

With this initiative, we are able to help the planet but also help the school to win tech prizes, and it is so easy to do!

You can watch the video and find out what this worthwhile campaign is all about.

By following these simple steps, you can help Kingsham earn points and reach the top of the leaderboard.
Step 1 – Rummage at home for any broken or unwanted tech.
Step 2 – Recycle your items at your local Currys or recycling point.
Step 3 – Register by scanning the QR code (or use this link The Hidden Treasure Hunt - Recycle Unwanted Tech | The Pod) – remember to verify your email once you have filled out the simple online form.

    Happy Treasure Hunting!!

The Green Gang helps to keep the local area tidy.

The Green Gang took part in a litter pick out in the local community today in an attempt to keep the local area clean and free from litter.

We estimate they collected just over two hundred pieces of litter between them - big and small. The most common items they found were cans, sweet wrappers and cigarette butts.

A big thank you to Mrs Pope and Mr Tarrant, who helped support The Green Gang to tackle this important environmental issue.

A big well done to The Green Gang!
