As you can see from the picture of the plan, Whyke Oval will be getting some new play equipment - enough for 80 children!

I have been told that construction will begin on 2nd June so the area will not be able to be used for 2 weeks. So long as the weather is good during the construction period, the park will be ready to use after the 2-week construction period.

We can't wait to see the new, finished park!
